Con las leyes secundarias de la Reforma Energética, el Gobierno desaparecerá 12 filiales y 54 subsidiarias de Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) y Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).

Así lo dio a conocer Luz Elena González, titular de la Secretaría de Energía en la Mañanera de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum, al explicar el paquete que se enviará hoy al Congreso.
“Con esta reforma desaparecen las subsidiarias, empresas privadas dentro de las empresas de CFE y Pemex”.
La funcionaria federal detalló que en el caso de Pemex se van 3 empresas subsidiarias y casi 50 filiales, mientras que de la CFE desaparecerán “9 empresas subsidiarias, que se comportaban casi como empresas privadas independientes y las 4 filiales que tenían”.

Lo anterior, durante la firma del paquete de leyes secundarias que la mandataria mexicana enviará al Congreso para complementar la Reforma Energética que, en palabras de la Presidenta, garantizará “justicia energética” en el país.
Al respecto de dichas Leyes, Sheinbaum Pardo refirió que son parte de la lucha que ha sostenido en contra de la privatización de la industria, desde su participación en 2013, con “Las Adelitas”, grupo que fue pate del movimiento encabezado por López Obrador en contra de la privatización de Petróleos Mexicanos.
Incluso, la propia Sheinbaum Pardo destacó que con estos cambios se “revierte” las reformas de la primera década del siglo XXI, además de que “se recupera el sentido público de CFE y de Pemex como garantes de la producción de energía para el pueblo de México y la soberanía nacional”.
Entre las modificaciones del paquete está la creación de una Comisión Nacional de Energía que regulará el mercado y que será la encargada de dar permisos de generación y comercialización de electricidad en materia de hidrocarburos para gas, petrolíferos y petroquímicos.
